HOW IT WORKS
How Our Service Works
We pride ourselves on offering a first class service, based on our years of experience as kitchen fitters and refurbishment specialists. To save you on time, money and running around, we have made the service as user friendly and easy for you.
To be clear:
1. We do not fit new kitchens – we refurbish existing kitchens where there is customer need for something fresh, bright, modern or in need of a new style.
2. We do not get involved with supplying worktops (unless specific requirements are met) nor applicance supplies.
3. We inspect all jobs to ensure the existing units have integrity to last a ‘second life’ and to take up the measurement.
4. We do not fit units or facias/panels that you have sourced elsewhere; ours is a complete start to finish facelift.
All you need to do is follow the steps.
- Look at the image gallery to get an idea of the styles you are interested in.
- Visit our Interactive Price Guide – from here you can choose the size of kitchen you have and the units you are interested in. This then works out a price guide range that that you would expect to pay.
- If the price guide range and units are within your budget and design preferences, then use the book an appointment page. This gives us an idea of what styles and size of kitchen you have before a visit.
- Our visiting range is within an hour drive of Newark on Trent or bordering the hours journey.
- We prearrange a visit to inspect your kitchen, discuss the styles picked and look at any specific requirements you have regarding your kitchen facelift.
- Leave the rest to us! We explain the deposit and payment system, the lenght of time from order to installation and we arrange all the fitting. You do not have to speak to different people regarding the supply, fitting, removal, cosmetic work (retiling, splash backs and other matters).
- Once the job is complete, we remove any waste, packaging, old removed items; have the job signed off and receive the balance and thank you for your business.
